Bagaimana Kerja Syif Boleh Menjejaskan Kesihatan Anda?

Assalamualaikum!




Biasa keje syif? Siapa pernah keje syif atau sedang keje syif, better luangkan sedikit masa membaca akan apa yang aku kongsikan ni. Pengalaman sendiri,  memula keje syif memang satu 'azab' bagi orang yang tak biasa berjaga malam macam aku. Keje pagi takpe lagi, tapi kalau keje malam memang terasa penatnya. Penyudahnya, esok pagi balik aku 'pengsan' sampai ke tenghari hehe.


Aku keje syif tujuh tahun sebelum aku dipindahkan ke HQ. Itupun, masa memula sampai sini aku masih keje syif di bahagian Satelit.  Alah bisa tegal biasa, dah biasa sangat berjaga malam mengadap pc. Cuma kengkadang 'terbabas' jugak la tidur sampai 3-4 jam hehe. 

Cukupla tu mengomel pasal aku...

Pagi tadi, buka emel jabatan ada hamba Allah yang kongsikan artikel ni tentang keje syif ni. Mungkin bagus aku kongsikan fakta ini buat pembaca yang disayangi hehe.

Ini fakta bukan auta nooo hehe.

Blood tests showed that when sleeping normally, 6 per cent of their genes were timed to be more or less active at certain times of the day.
For instance, some genes involved in defending the body against disease worked harder during the day than at night.

But when following a night shift-like pattern of sleeping during the day and being awake at night, this rhythm was ‘profoundly disrupted’.

Researcher Dr Simon Archer told the BBC: ‘Over 97 per cent of rhythmic genes become out of sync with mistimed sleep and this really explains why we feel so bad during jet lag or if we have to work irregular shifts.’ 

Fellow researcher Professor Derk-Jan Dijk described the effect as ‘chaos’. He added: ‘This research may help us understand the negative effects associated with shift work, jet lag and other conditions in which the rhythms of our genes are disrupted.’ 

Other experts said it was surprising that such a big effect had occurred after just a few weeks of disrupted sleep.  They said that long-term, the genetic chaos could lead to a lot of health problems.

The findings, detailed in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, could shed light on jet lag, ageing and other processes in which the body clock is altered. -dailymail.uk



Boleh nampak tak poin-poin yang aku highlightkan di atas? semuanya berkaitan dengan gangguan kesihatan dan DNA. Sounds serious kan??! Walaupun mengetahui hakikatnya, namun semua orang tahu kita tidak boleh mengelakkan ianya dari berlaku.

Jadi, kita kena cari alternatif lain untuk maintain kesihatan tubuh dan sistem pertahanan penyakit. Pada yang bekerja syif, jagalah kesihatan anda sebaiknya. Maklumla, bila dah jadi 'burung antu' ni, risikonya tu lebih tinggi berbanding dengan orang yang keje 8 jam.

  7. Hmm... Fitrahnya Allah ciptakan siang kerja, mlm tido dan beribadah..tpi bila.keje shift mmg langgar fitrah tu.. Bila langgar fitrah mmg akan ada kesan negatif juga sdikit sbyk kn...

  8. Alhamdulillah setakat pengalaman kerja dulu tak pernah kerja shift..susah juga berkerja shift kadang² melawan lumrah alam kitaran kehidupan seharian tu..huhu

  9. assalamualaikum.. good info.. sebab saya ni pon tergolong dalam kategori keje syif jugak, cuma untungnya saya.. cuma dapat shift pagi je.. jalan 3 shift.. tapi kalau ade yang mc.. terpaksa ot lebih la.. seyes memang memenatkan..

  11. mama ni 24 jam kerja, tidur pun malam, subuh dah bangun semula.... takde masa nak rehat lagi bila johor cuti sabtu...... errm..

  12. Aku ok je keje shift..best kdg2 keje shift ni.ape2 urusan yg nk kene buat waktu siang xpyh amik cuti.blh simpan cuti utk raye..hehe
